Terms of Service

Last updated: June 3, 2026

Who this is for. These terms govern microlenders and their staff who subscribe to and operate on the LendCore platform. Borrowers see a separate set of borrower terms published by the microlender they applied with. See also our Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. About the platform

LendCore is a Software-as-a-Service platform operated by Nei Shot WebX Solutions CC (CC/2025/02042) ("Nei Shot", "we", "us"). The platform provides loan-origination, borrower management, credit-bureau integration, payment processing, fraud detection, document handling, and NAMFISA compliance tooling to registered microlenders.

Nei Shot is not a lender. Each microlender on the platform is independently licensed (typically by NAMFISA) and is solely responsible for its own lending decisions, loan terms, regulatory compliance, marketing, and customer service. Nei Shot provides the technology; the microlender provides the credit.

2. Eligibility

The platform is available to:

  • Microlenders registered with the Namibia Financial Institutions Supervisory Authority (NAMFISA) or the equivalent regulator in another jurisdiction; and
  • Authorised staff of those microlenders, acting within the scope of their employment.

3. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials secret and using two-factor authentication where offered;
  • Promptly removing access for staff who leave the organisation;
  • Configuring permissions so each staff member has only the access they need;
  • The accuracy of any data you enter into the platform; and
  • All activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable use

Detailed rules are in our Acceptable Use Policy. In short, do not use the platform to: lie about your identity or financial position, access data outside your microlender, run unauthorised credit checks, scrape data, attack the platform, or use the system for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend access for breach.

5. Bureau and payment integrations

Where you connect a credit-bureau or payment-gateway integration (e.g. Creditinfo Namibia, PayM8), you are responsible for your own subscriber account and any usage charges levied by that provider. Each bureau pull and each debit-order transaction is billed to the microlender's own provider account, not to Nei Shot. The platform records every pull and every transaction for audit.

Microlenders must ensure they have lawful borrower consent before any bureau pull. The platform's consent-capture flow exists to support this duty; using it correctly is the microlender's responsibility.

6. Data protection

Use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Notice. The microlender is the data controller of borrower information; Nei Shot is the data processor. The Privacy Policy sets out the controller / processor split, retention periods, and borrower rights.

7. Service availability

We aim for 99% monthly uptime. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for downtime caused by upstream providers (cloud host, bureau, payment gateway), internet connectivity, force majeure events, or regulator-mandated outages.

8. Fees

Subscription fees, per-pull bureau costs, and per-transaction payment-gateway costs are set out in your service agreement with Nei Shot. We may change fees on 30 days' written notice. Continued use after the notice period accepts the change.

9. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access where:

  • Fees go unpaid for more than 30 days;
  • The microlender's NAMFISA licence is suspended or revoked;
  • The Acceptable Use Policy is materially breached;
  • A regulator orders us to do so.

On termination we will provide a reasonable export window so the microlender can retrieve its data. Statutory record-keeping retention periods continue to apply after termination.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Namibian law, Nei Shot's total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these terms is limited to fees paid by the microlender to Nei Shot in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or pure economic loss, including lost loan revenue, lost borrowers, regulator fines, or reputational damage.

11. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia. Any dispute will first be raised in writing to legal@lendcore.neishot.com and good-faith resolution attempted for 30 days. Unresolved disputes are submitted to the courts of Namibia. Regulatory complaints may also be raised with NAMFISA.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email to the microlender admin contact at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
