1. About the platform

LendCore is a multi-microlender management platform that provides technology services to registered microlenders. The platform supports loan origination, borrower management, fraud detection, document handling, compliance workflows, and related operational tools.

LendCore is not a lender. Individual microlenders operating on the platform are responsible for their own lending decisions, terms, and regulatory compliance.

2. Eligibility

The platform is available to microlenders registered with the Namibia Financial Institutions Supervisory Authority (NAMFISA) or other applicable regulatory bodies. Borrower access is provided through individual microlender portals and is subject to each microlender's own eligibility requirements.

3. Account responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials and for all activity that occurs under their account. Microlenders are responsible for managing staff access and permissions within their workspace.

4. Acceptable use

Users must not:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to access data belonging to other microlenders or borrowers
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with the operation or security of the platform

5. Data and privacy

Use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.

6. Service availability

We aim to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and updates may occasionally require downtime, and we will provide advance notice where possible.

7. Limitation of liability

LendCore provides the platform as a technology service. We are not responsible for lending decisions made by microlenders, borrower outcomes, or losses arising from the use of the platform beyond the scope of the technology services provided.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
